Is possible mandatory reservation for OBC in all India quta for medical allotment?

Hello,
Yes, in almost All the medical colleges across india some seats are reserved for obc category .But as far as i am concerned there do exist some colleges which do not hold any seperate reservation for obc or other reserved category for admission in medical courses .
One such college is st johns medical college ,banglore.
The college does not hold any reservation for reserved catwgories rather it has reservation for catholic people..
