Ranjeet Shahi, the concepts are very well written for first timer to understand, also they are written in a progressive manner. Meticulous details are given. Mechanism for important reactions are very well explained. This book is sufficient even for JEE Advanced. But you might need additional practice for questions.
I think Ranjeet shahi is better choice. For practicing questions refer to MS chauhan Organic Chemistry..
