Hello dear,
With 35k rank you cannot get any seat in main Manipal campus, but you can get branches like civil, in Jaipur campus , it is also good but at its developing stage with good infrastructure but not having alumni base and track of good placement record.
Any branch is available for in Sikkim Manipal.
