Is separate exam going to be held for CMC Vellore? or NEET scores will be counted ? do we need to do registration for CMC Vellore?

No, there will no separate exam to get admission in CMC Vellore as they will be considering NEET 2017 score/rank and you will have to apply for counseling by filling up a form separately.
