Hey Kumar,
The scholarship is merit based and hence it isn't facilitated to all b. Ed. Students in shri Shankar bhagwaan institute of technology, Mau.
However absolute grading gives you this advantage over relative grading to score a fixed grade accordingly and hence apply for scholarship.
