Yes. Let me quote a paragraph from an article on this website which describes the entire CULEE 2018 application process in detail - " After entering the complete details of the Application Form of CULEE 2018 which will include, uploading of photograph and signature besides remittance of CULEE application form fees candidates can now hit the ‘Submit’ button."
