Is that 75% including both 11th and 12th class or else only 12th class? 75% is needed each and every subject wise or overall group subjects it must be needed? pls answer these two questions to me...

Your 11th marks are not considered dear , it is only your 12th marks which is considered
To be eligible for NITs, IIITs, IITs, GFTIs one needs at least
75% marks in class 12th board examination
if belong to general or obc category or at least 65% marks if belongs to SC/ST or must be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 examination.
You don't need 75% percentage in individual subject but in aggregate of 5 Subjects which are
:-
Physics
Chemistry
Mathematics
A language
Any subject other than listed above
