BBA stands for Bachelor of Business administration and BBM stands for Bachelor of Business management, both of these are undergraduate courses, those who have completed their class 12th, can apply for the Admission in any of these courses, both are management programmes.
BBA includes the study of areas such as Finance, Marketing, management, human resources etc.
BBM includes the knowledge of managerial skills and decision making skills.

Both of these undergraduate degrees are of three years, and includes Business management skills.
