You can consider the following factors while choosing your college

1. which engineering field are you interested in
2. college to home distance
3. college placements

You should opt for a college that is offering you a seat in your interested f ield and is nearby to your home. There are some private universities like LPU which offer 100% placements t o CSE students. Could be a good option for you.

(do not consider taking a drop as it mostly results in failure t rust me i took a drop twice).
