12th passed students can also get admission to engineering without appearing for JEE Mains and CET.

Hello,
You can get admission into engineering colleges for engineering without appearing for JEE Mains and CET. With this ou won't be able to get admission o to government engineering colleges. You will only be able to get admission into private engineering colleges in India. These engineering colleges conduct there own entrance exams which are very easy as compared to JEE Mains and CET. You can easily prepare for them from your boards preparation.
Here s a list of some of the private engineering colleges in India
