Hello Aspirant! The rank displayed under home state is home state rank. This rank is for those who belong to the same state as that of the college and they get priority over students who belong to other state. The home state rank or cutoff is less as compared to the CRL or AIR rank. So home state rank is different from AIR. Hope this helps.
Hello Alpana,
The score card of JEE Main will carry your category-wise rank - if you are eligible for admission under more than one category, you will be assigned an All India Rank for each of these categories. For example, if you belong to OBC-NCL category, you will be eligible for that particular category as well as the all India Common Rank List (CRL).
And no, the score card will not have home state ranks, but only your rank in common rank list and in your birth category list.

However, MNIT will publish two separate merit lists - one for home state candidates and the second for other state candidates. You can check the cutoff here - JEE Main Cutoff of MNIT Jaipur
The ranks in the two lists will be determined based on the All India Rank of the candidate in common rank list, and other All India Category-wise lists.
Regards.
