Is the registration fees of csab special round refundable if I do not get any seat in second round? Till when I can get refund.

Dear student,
If you are retaining your josaa seat, then you have to give only Rs. 2000 as participation fees for participating in csab special round counseling.
Otherwise, if you are participating in csab special round, then you have to give a pay participation fees of Rs. 37000 ( for general/ews/obc ) or Rs. 17000 (for sc/pwd/st candidates) via online mode on the CSAB portal.
Now, out of this fees, Rs. 2000 is processing charges, and is non refundable.
Now, if you do not got allotted any seat in csab even on 2nd special round, then your participation fees amount will be refunded after deducting a processing fees of Rs. 2000 . And you will get back your rest amount within 3 to 4 working days or before.

Sir should we apply for refund or will the refund be executed automatically if we didn get any seats in both the rounds
