You have not mentioned your category any where so i assume it to be general.
If I consider the previous year data .Then being a general candidate you have negligible chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in andhra pradesh even through state quota .Previous year minimum marks admitted for general candidate was 522 for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Ongole in the au region.While it was 516 for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa.
