Hello,

There are 2 or more numbers of counselling depending on the vacant seats left for different colleges or they may call for spot rounds directly.Yes there is soon the 3rd phase counselling or 3rd seat allotment going to be started,you need to check the official website .I'm providing here the link,do check it for more details.I hope it helped
