Is there a chance of getting a better college in 2nd round of counseling

Dear student,
I hope you are doing well. At times if u participate in 2nd round there are likely chances that you may be offered a better seat. It all depends we can't say for sure. There is no harm in sitting for 2nd round as usually we don't loose the seat in 1st round. Therefore I can say u can attemp round 2 if u are unhappy with your seat allocated in round 1.

yeah, there are chances of getting better colleges in 2nd round. only thing is your definition of Better will change. ranking wise the college will be low than the 1st round colleges. but performance and other wise it might be better college.
so you can also choose good colleges in 2nd round
