Hello,

If you ask "if there is a chance", technically, YES.

If you have the qualification required for ISRO, then you are also eligible for bank jobs, because they recruit Graduates. (Ofcourse, better opportunists are also available in ISRO with PG level).

So, if you have done B.E/B.Tech from any recognized university, then you can apply for various bank exams as well as ISRO (example, post of Engineer 'SC').
