Candidates who have completed their BE/BTech degree with a valid score in GATE are eligible for ME/MTech degree course.
Candidates who have completed a 5-year program in Science or Applied Sciences resulting in the award of a Master of Science degree are also eligible for Master of Engineering course.
For taking admission to ME/Mtech you need to pass GATE entrance exam.
But there is no age criteria specified.
You can check for the eligibility criteria from the administration office of the college from where you wish to do your Mtech.

There is no age limit for candidates in GATE Examination. However the candidates who are in the final year or have completed their graduation can apply for GATE examination. The GATE examination is conducted for different courses Bachelor of Engineering and Technology Bachelor of Pharmacy Bachelor of architecture Bachelor of Science research.
