Is there any chance of not getting admission for the candidate who have done 12th from CBSE pirvate means not by a regular schooling

No nothing as such
All private schooling candidates will be eligible for Engineering and other courses at colkeges.
These candidates are all eligible for NEET UG, Jeemain and Jee Advanced and such national level exams.
Even NIOs board studnets are eligible as per latest order.
