There has not been any notice issued regarding the any correction or revised neet answer key yet.
The result has been alresdy declared and you may check it on https://ntaneet.nic.in/NTANEET/result/ResultNEET.htm
However,many coaching institutes and several students has raised objection on 1 question of phy and 3 question of biology and the chances are 50-50 for correction.
You will come to know eventually about it, once the notice regarding the same get published.
