is there any college level councelling in haryana for neet to fill vacant seats after mop up round?

Mopup rounds are held to fill the vacant seats left after first and second round of counselling. Possiblity of seats remaining vacant after mopup round is not there. No direct admission is provided to government colleges without NEET counselling. Only management quota seats are filled through direct admission in private colleges.
