The admissions in the B category seat or management quota is also dependent upon the merit list of the registered candidates. You will get the admission in the management quota on the basis of the merit list and the marks obtained in the entrance only. So criteria is the qualification of the entrance if you want to get into the medical or dental courses. But the fee structure for the B category fees will depend upon the respective institute and you will have to go to through the college authorities in order to know the fee structure. And also there is no such thing that not appearing for the 1st round will close the doors for the other rounds, you can participate in the further counselling rounds provided that you must have registered yourself for the process.
