So with regard to your query, YES there is an entrance exam for Amrita University, the exam is conducted everywhere for the purpose of taking admissions into under graduate courses. The name of the exam is AEEE. It is an online exam. The exam is conducted in 2 phases. 1st phase will commence from 17 June to 19 June 2022. The last for the application is 10 June 2022.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore is a private Deemed to be University which is NAAC accredited and UGC approved. The admission procedure for different examination differs between courses. Now for the engineering branch, the admission is provided on the AEEE , JEE Main .

No, Amrita college does not conduct any entrance examination for the admissions to their undergraduate programs. So, a student only needs 50% marks in 12th board examination and valid documents to complete the admission process and therefore can take direct admissions.
