Hello student,
No, There is no counselling fee for jossa counselling till the seat allotment to the student. Once you accept a seat in any college. Then you have to pay 45k rupees there. This money will further deduct from your college fee .
So, you need not to worry about any kind of money loss in jossa counselling process.
