Hi Anagha,
Hope you are doing well. JoSAA doesn't have any registration fees. It's just an medium to allocate a seat for you in engineering colleges based on your rank or merit. It is available only for those candidates who have written the JEE exams. So there is no need of paying fees for JoSAA. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
