Is there any good engineering college through JEE Mains if someone scored 100,000 rank , means what are best option (private or govt doesn't matter)

Yes of course, there are thousands of colleges that offers admission through JEE mains and if you will get a rank under 1 lakhs then you can definitely get admission into some good private colleges.
But you will not get admission in any NITs,IIITs and GFTIs.
