No subject wise marks in considered for JEE , only overall grade is considered .
If your overall percentage is less than 75% , than you have to appear for CBSE improvement exam .

As per the rules concerned if the eligibility criteria is not fulfilling one can not get admission in OUT and NOT.there is not mentioned any other path.But one can give the exam surely with any marks in boards.
