is there any merits based on language if there then how to apply???

Prabha, based on your previous questions, we are guessing this is in regards to Karnataka NEET. Now those Candidates who have studied out of Karnataka but have parents who were born in Karnataka and have had either Kannada or Tulu as their mother tongue can claim Karnataka State's domicile. But these students have to appear for Language test. And then there is Linguistic Minority reservation as well. Then there is Hyderabad-Karnataka reservation as well. Now NEET has the same application across India. So you cannot choose this option while filling NEET Application form. But when you fill in Karnataka NEET Counselling registration, you can opt to choose the Category you belong to avail the benefits.
