Theirs no rule for that , it's your own choice .
If you have a valid reason not to attend , feel free to skip . But not going to your classes may cause problem in your academics .

Hi There,
There is nothing needed for attending college regular. For attending any college any course you have to first pass your 12th exam. After that you can apply for any course you wanted based on your subject in 12th board. You can do your graduation in a distant board or on regular basis. There are no other criteria for being a regular students in a college.
