Yes, there is percentage criteria of graduation to take admission in IIT and NIT.
For admission in post graduate courses that is courses after graduation a CPI of minimum 7 is required for admissions in IIT if you are a graduate from a non IIT College or a CPI of 6 if from IIT.
For NIT you need to have a CGPA of 6.5/10 for admission in M.tech courses for general category and 6/10 for reserved category.
