Yes, even if you have not registered for the First Round of Counselling, you can directly participate in the second round. The registration for second round is now open. It is open till the 13th of July,2019 (upto 5 pm). The last day for payment of the same is July 13,2019 (upto 12pm). You can fill in your choices of colleges upto 14th July.
