No, there is no such problem in pursuing MBBS from private college but yes, students mostly opt for Govt ones but I would say it depends on student's interest and financial background because generally the fee structure is little high if you compare it with Govt colleges. So consider what is your interest and follow the same.

No, there is no such problem in studying in private medical college.
Main difference between private and government college is of fee structure. Fee strucure of private colleges are usually very high. If that's not a problem with you can consider your admission.
