Hello,
In every state there are few reserved seats for home state candidates and rest of the seats are reserved for candidates from other states.On basis of JEE main score you can get admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs and other private colleges as per their eligibility criteria which accepts JEE main score in other states.
Candidates from other states are also eligible to opt NIT, Hamirpur provided they must fulfill the eligibility criteria.
