Is there any requirement to upload obc certificate during application forms for any psus through gate 2019????

Hello Deepika,
The PSUs generally have reservation for categories like OBC, ST, ST and PwD. But to enjoy reservation benefits under OBC category, you must belong to non-creamy layer.
