Is there any rule that if I got admitted through All India counselling of MCI then I will be exempted from Kerala Medical allotment process

Dear Aswin, there is no such rule that if you attend All India Counselling and you get a seat, you cannot apply for State Counselling. The only thing that happens is when you get a seat in All India Counselling, you can opt for free exit and surrender the seat thereby allowing you to apply for State Counselling. Or you can wait for State Counselling process to complete and then participate in Mop up round of All India Counselling. If you get a seat in All India Counselling and decide to surrender it and take admission in State Counselling, you will have to go forgo the security deposit and non refundable amount. There's no such rule as such. If you get alloted a medical college through All India counseling then during the given time you've to report to the college and get your admissions done. If you unable to do it then your seat will be given to someone else. If you take admission in some college through All India counseling, you still can apply for state quota counseling. But for availing admission through state quota you have to withdraw your admission from the previous college.
