Is there any rule that the student who attend state cet counselling must not attend the NEET PG counselling in the same year?

Are there states that allow open NEET PG counselling for everyone who has not done MBBS from that state? Can I apply for those states?

@Mitank Gupta: There is no such kind of rule exists. You can attend for both. But be clear with what college you want and lock that choices accordingly In the counselling. Good luck!
