If you're wondering whether B.Sc seats are still open—it depends on which course, which state or university, and what round of counselling you’re referring to. In many colleges, B.Sc seats stay open even into August or September, especially for general B.Sc programs.

Government and top private universities tend to fill up quicker, but there are always second, third, and even spot counselling rounds in many places. Courses like B.Sc Agriculture, Biotechnology, or Forensic Science can fill up faster than general B.Sc Physics or Chemistry.
