is there any use of doing civil engineering and mechanical engineering in nits and iiits and gftis?

If you are doing Civil or mechanical engineering in NIT s then of course there is much use to it.The faculties in NIT is much better than IIIts or Gfits.But if you study in either of them you can gain a good amount of knowledge at the the end of four years.So concept and knowledge wise you will have no problem but the placement in IIITs and GFIT's is not as good as NITs.NIT's also dont provide 100% placements in Civil Engineering or ME and it always less as in CSE or IT. It is about 85-90% in NIT trichy,80% in NIT Warangal and so on.It is better to opt for NITs in CIvil or Mechanical than in IIIT's and Gfit's.

yeah. there is a lot of use. you can never be regretting your choice of joining one of them especially for core engineering like civil, mechanical or ECE. they are the best in the country. they have the best labs (phd level), best faculty, best library and more over best placements. so this isnt enough?
