is there anything like this if we dont join the medical college that is alloted in round 1 in telangana we arent eligible for round 2 and mopup round?

No there is nothing like if you don't join in your college allotted in the first round you will not be eligible for second or mopup round.
You can go for 2nd round if you are not satisfied with the seat you got in the 1st round. But, you have to compulsorily take up the seat you got in the 2nd round so choose your options carefully.
If you are not allotted a seat of your choice in 2nd round either then you can proceed to mopup round.
