If the job is related to Army, Navy or Airforce sectors, there are specific height to weight ratio that every Candidate has to align with. But if the role is in MNC or Private sectors or Public sectors which do not have anything to do with physical measurements, any height is acceptable. So it depends on the area of specialisation that you want to work in post your Engineering. But in general view, there is no height restriction. All that matters is your potential.

Yes, you will get a job after completion of your B.tech graduation.But there are exceptions to it, in defence related jobs there are some physical standards and medical standards which you need to fulfill them.The minimum height requirement for defence is 152 CMS which is 5ft.So if your height is less than that you are not eligible.If you are interested in any other jobs you are definitely eligible if you fullfill all the other eligibility criteria.Physical appearance isn't a barrier to get a job.
