Is there BA English course in IITs from 2021 ? and is it by writting GATE exam ?

IIT is soley for engineering and science. it provides course like BE/BTech, MTech, MSc and PhD. it doesn't provide BA.

GATE is a national entrance which makes UG candidates eligible to get admission into MTech into different colleges and for PSU job options.
