yes, you are also eligible for tseamcet fee reimbursement policy even if you are belongs from AP  state.

however there are separate application procedure that you need to apply. make sure you fullfil all certain criteria as if you belong to oc category your annual family income should be less than 1 lakh. and for sc category annual income should be less than 2 lakhs to get fee reimbursement.

There will be a separate procedure under the Government of Andhra Pradesh to get AP reimbursement of total tuition fees and you need to update your attendance for semester and semester from your college by taking official letter from the college and it should be above 75% every year so that you get your full fee reimbursement else you will lose your fee reimbursement.
