Is there is any difference between pwd certificate for neet and other ?

i think that you mean is the same certificate enough for both the NEET exam and the other exams.
the answer is YES. if you have the same governament authorised certificate for all the exam you can show that in the counselling.
and be sure that it is update withall seals. comment if need sme more information.

In India, there is just a single PWD certificate, which works across all the organisations under the state or central government. It is made on evaluation by a government doctor, and is provided with a stamp by the government authorised official in your locality.
The certificate which works for NEET, is valid across all other sectors in India.
