Yes the old iits which are the best take interviews so as to get the best brains into their college.
In new iits, generally they don't take interview but direct admission.
In new iits, generally they don't take interview but direct admission.

Yes some of the iits take interview .. after counseling .. but most of them don't take any interview .. but psu takes interview
