Is there msc hotelmanagement and phd for hotel management??

Yes Lovely Professional University does provide MSc. in Hotel Management. It is a 2 years course and the admission is through LPU NEST. Also to be eligible for this programme you must score a minimum of 50% in your bachelor's degree.

LPU also provides PhD in Hotel Management, both part time and full time for a minimum duration of 3 years. The admission is through LPU NEST followed by a personal interview. Also to be eligible for this programme you must score a minimum of 55% in your master's degree.

Yes there are definately masters and doctarate for hotel management. The degree are Mphil and Dphil. Msc in hotel management is not availaible. But you will get degree of MPhil and DPhil after masters and doctarate. But getting these degrees are not worth much.
