is there NBC quota for NEET PG seats in Tamilnadu

I think you must have misspelled NCC as NBC. So please confirm that. If you talk about NCC quota, then there is no separate reservations for NCC candidates in NEET PG seats. There are many other reservation criterias for state or defence quota and other reserved categories like SC, ST,etc.
