is there registration for 2nd round in uksee (uttarakhand counselling)? I don't register for 1st round due to lack of information.

Hi. I don't think that you will be able to apply in the second round . In any of the counseling you attend you have to apply it before the beginning of first round. No counseling allows you to apply for it once it has started. If you had some genuine reasons, then try to mail them .They might help you if they find the reason to be genuine enough.
