the percentile is just predicted based on previous years trends and previous years data.
so it is just expected based on the previous years data and also considering few factors of this years like number of students applied and difficulty level.
so it is not final.
it cant be dismissed as well.
it is just an anticipation beforehand so that you be ready for it and also plan for others if neccessary
