Is true man book is enough for aiims and neet
Truemans is a complete book. And very detailed. Some of the information given in it are not relevant.
Chapters like Classification have some topics which are of MSc level. These are not required for AIIMS.
Still if you read Truemans I will suggest you to read it selectively and smartly. Refer to previous year Aiims papers and NCERT. Read only the detail of NCERT topics from Truemans.
Key to any competitive exm is MCQs. Solve the MCQs given at the end of each chapter from Truemans along with AR question. I referred truemans during my study only for few topics such as Genetics and Plant Physio.
But again, its all upto you. If you think you can cover up that jumbo books without pressurising your brain, then go ahead. Otherwise solve USS.

Refer True Man book along with the NCERT textbooks of 11th and 12th standards of Biology.
Is the book enough? Well it totally depends upon you that is if you know all the concepts, also if you have practiced all the questions many times.
Do give mock tests so that you come to know where are you making mistakes so that you can correct them.
