Is upgrade option available in state counseling specially Karnataka???
Hi,
If you alloted Seats in first round other than your first preference then you are eligible for upgrade option of college but if you got first preference college ghen you are not eligible for upgrade option ,the seat will automatically freezed. Fill the options properly. In every state counselling this options are available somewhere littlebit change.

hope you are doing well and safe. With reference to your query, I would glad inform you that its depend on the situtation which arised during the time of counselling . If you have been alloted seat in some college and seats are full in the colleges which comes above the alloted college in your choice filling then it might be possibility upgrade option is not available , but moslty probably upgrade open is always available unles and untill you have not freezed the seat
