You need to upload scanned copy of your ews certificate when you're filling jee advance form like other minorities had to submit their category certificate in order to get benefits of it. This rule is only for advance if you don't wish to give advance or be in ews quota you can simply fill the form in general category. This will not affect your jee mains counseling. The last date to fill the jee advance form in 9th may.
